Coaching, Training &
Development
Change requires organisations to think and behave differently. Reforms don't happen because a law has been passed or a new process created. It's people who make the difference to whether your reforms succeed or fail. Both your staff & stakeholders need to be engaged in order to successfully implement change. Our founder is a Member of the Association of Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI). We are an accredited provider of staff assessment tools to enable you to make smarter recruitment and development decisions, and predict which candidates are most likely to be successful in a role including Thomas Personal Profile. We work in close partnership with MyPD to deliver CMI accredited leadership and coaching courses.
